hacked account & password changer
i am playing gw and today my account was hacked
they stole all of my money, all my materials and most of my req 9 weapon collection odd thing is that they left almoust all upgrades (took just few ones) and they left almoust 120 req 9 weapons they stole all wintergreens items toom, booze, dedicated (not un dedidcated) minipets even odder thing is, while they were on my account they promoted one member to officer (i am guild leader) but that member wasnt online during stealing from account at least they didnt delete my character or stole custimized items now my biggest question is next: what now, can i report to someone that (so theycan track down) or something and i have one more question about password change. i want to change password but i cant. it keeps on sending me to play NC page. i went there and created account (today) but under games i dont have GW. i cant add new key couse i dont have it. i tried to add key from campaigns i added to my account but it doesnt work. what now (i contacted support long time ago about that, and they said something i didnt understand) so i need to change my password and username so that they wont be back dont know how this had happened (only I knew password) |

Now that you have a PlayNC account, you could try going through the "change password" process from within Guild Wars again. Then, when it directs you to the PlayNC page, you can enter your PlayNC name and password.

My account was hacked in April, so I can feel your pain. There is actually a number you can call, if you don't want to deal with the automated emails. They have real people that work for them. I was tired of dealing with the emails and phoned them. It was dealt with right away. I have no idea where I found the number on their website, but it is there. I think it took over an hour looking through the support information though.
